Epson now offers the new SPXO sample SG-8201CJA for automotive applications

In 2022, Tokyo Seiko Epson (TSE: 6724, " Epson) has begun shipping SG-8201CJA 爱普生有源晶振samples, a new member of Epson's crystal oscillator (SPXO) series with CMOS output 1 for automotive applications. SG-8201CJA provides high stability and low jitter 2, is a simple package of SPXO, usually size 2.0mmx1.6mmx0.6mm.

Applications in autonomous driving (AD), such as on-board cameras in optical detection and ranging 3 (LiDAR) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), require reference clock-processing speeds in the 100MHz range due to high RF and high frequency. Furthermore, improvements in AD and ADAS performance drive a growing demand for clocks with excellent stability and jitter performance. Demand for small products is also strong in all automotive applications.Like its predecessor, the SG-8101CGA, the new crystal oscillator supports automotive application output frequencies of up to 170MHz, but its frequency tolerance increases by 50%, and the phase jitter is about 1 / 25. 日本进口晶体The package footprint is also 64% and 55% less than the cubic volume, respectively.
