恒温晶体振荡器简称恒温晶振,英文简称为OCXO(Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator),顾名思义是指装在“恒温箱”的石英晶体振荡器,是利用恒温槽使晶体振荡器或石英晶体振子的温度保持恒定,将由周围温度变化引起的振荡器输出频率变化量削减到最小的晶体振荡器。在不需要即开即用的环境下,如果需要信号稳定度超过0.1ppm的,可选用恒温晶振。恒温晶振是目前频率稳定度和精确度最高的晶体振荡器,原理是内部温度控制电路对温度进行恒温控制,使内部石英谐振器的频率温度系数最小,让晶振达到最高的频率稳定度。OCXO是由恒温槽控制电路和振荡器电路构成的。通常人们是利用热敏电阻“电桥"构成的差动串联放大器,来实现温度控制。
